I had really cared about this Christian man of who had a carnal behavior. I had many times thought about having sex with him, even though, I knew that Fornication is a huge No No. (Fornication is an unsanctified penetration.) We discussed it on a few occasions while trying not to think about the sin itself. One day while I was praying for strength, I had to repent first for even thinking about committing Fornication, for I was convicted in my heart.
Truth be known that whenever the Holy Spirit convicts your heart, you have the secure comfort of knowing that you are truly Gods… Now I rejoice, not that you were made sorry, but that you sorrowed to repentance: for you were made sorry after a godly manner, that you might receive damage by us in nothing; For godly sorrow works repentance to salvation not to be repented of: but the sorrow of the world works death.”(2nd Corinthians 7:9-10)
As the Comforter continue to chasten me, I heard within my spirit “If you sincerely unconditionally love him, why would you want him to sin against Me? Those words hit me to the cord of which gave additional conviction.
Then GOD WARNED ME “You are “My Righteousness that dwells heavily within you, for you are My anointed vessel…DO NOT GIVE WHAT I HAVE SANCTIFIED FOR MY GLORY TO THE DOGS…” It did not stop there.
Then the Comforter brought back to my remembrance…” If you love me, keep my commandments (Word); And I will pray the Father, and he shall give you another Comforter, that he may abide with you forever; Even the Spirit of truth; whom the world cannot receive, because it sees him not, neither know him: but you know him; for he dwells with you, and shall be in you.” (John 14:15-17) “He that has my commandments (Word), and keeps them, he it is that loves me: and he that loves me shall be loved of my Father, and I will love him, and will manifest myself to him. He that hath my commandments, and keeps them, he it is that loves me: and he that loves me shall be loved of my Father, and I will love him, and will manifest myself to him.” (John 14:21).
It did not stop there. The Comforter brought back to my remembrance how He had used me and when demons tremble when I simply pass them by or when I am walking down the street, demons get out of my way, Literally! God reminded me of His anointing power within me. I know firsthand of the consequences for disobedience. I have been there! I have done that! There is no way Lorraine is going to go through unnecessary consequences due to my “moments of lust.” Gosh! I sincerely repented and wept. But it did not stop there, the Comforter dealt with me the more. Being obedient to the guidance of the Holy Spirit, I found that Fornication was not the ONLY SIN for the sin act of Fornication itself. No. But it is, indeed, more sins that accommodates that one sin act that are not consider as follow:
1. Those of who commits Fornication, Sins against God: “Let not sin therefore reign in your mortal body, that you should obey it in the lusts thereof. “Neither give your Body (Members) as instruments of unrighteousness unto sin: but give yourselves unto God, as those that are alive from the dead, and your members as instruments of righteousness unto God.” (Romans 6:12-13)
2. Those of who commits Fornication, Sins against their own Bodies: “but he that does fornication sins against his own body.” (1st Corinthians 6:18)
3. Those of who commits Fornication, Becomes “Stumbling Blocks” to the Person that he or she committed Fornication with: “Let us not therefore judge one another anymore: but judge this rather, that no man put a stumbling block or an occasion to fall in his Brother’s or Sister’s way. (Romans 14:13) (Other scriptures: Luke 17:1-4, 1st Corinthians 6:12, 8:13, Matthew 18:6-9, Mark 9:38-50)
4. Those of who commits Fornication, Sins against the Entire Body of Christ: “But when you sin so against the Brethren (Sisters), and wound their weak conscience, you sin against Christ.” (1st Corinthians 8:12 “…but God shall destroy both it and them. Now the body is not for fornication, but for the Lord; and the Lord for the body.” (1st Corinthians 6:13
Most Christians view Fornication as a human necessity that cannot be avoided. Yet, God’s word is SOLID on the matter while the same People, some of them, committing Fornication are “SLAMMING” Homosexuals and are quick to say “Homosexual sins are an abomination unto God” and they back it up with holy scripture. Some Christians are “Stupid-Funny,” for some of them choose righteousness when he or she feels like it. The actual Gospel truth is that ALL SEXUAL SINS ARE AN ABOMINATION AGAINST GOD THAT MUST BE REPENTED!
Fornication is just as bad as Homosexuality or Adultery, for all of these practice sins by confessing and professing Christians will lead those that practice them directly to eternal damnation, for any sincere Christ-like Believer knows that the Comforter abides within him or her. When some commits Fornication on any sexual sins, him and or her are “Kicking EVICTING the Comforter OUT from within him and or her. Telling God, “My Lust of my flesh is more important than you!”
I do not know what you think. For those who do commit and or practice Fornication, or any sexual sins, it’s just not worth the minutes (hours) of sexual pleasure that WILL LEAVE THOSE WHO DO IT BROKEN AND BOUND nor the high cost of eternal damnation. I didn’t even discussed the spiritual consequences of “Spiritual unequal yokes,” “Transferring demonic spirits,” and the “Consequences of sins leading to HIV, AIDS, STD’s, Unwanted Pregnancies that produce Generational curses in the family’s blood line. Nope! I didn’t go there! I didn’t get that deep, and it’s deep.
Heck! This should be enough. Some that really love God as they boast. When it’s all said and done, and while they think about the costs at the end of brokenness, while breaking their Covenant with God, FORNICATION IS JUST NOT WORTH IT!
